Clawz SG - Specter

French producer Clawz SG makes a strong return to Steyoyoke with his EP "Specter". This determined and refined 3-track release includes a remix by Night Stories.

The first track, "Specter", establishes the tone with a heavy bassline and distinctive overlaid melodies. "Umbra" showcases another experimental side of the producer, following a pattern of layered builds and releases, falling away to quieter, pared-back interludes. The last track is a reinterpretation of "Specter" by the talented Spanish producers Night Stories. This darker piece combines heavy synths with more experimental sound effects.

This impressive release shows Clawz SG's versatility not only musically but conceptually. These tracks are strong pieces in their own right and together show that there is a lot more to come from this producer.
