Rivvo & Buga & Re Dupre - Hosanna

The latest release on Tash's Movement Limited welcomes Rivvo, Re Dupre and Buga to the label for their debut EP. Hailing from Brazil, this trio of talented artists have achieved great success in their respective solo careers. With a combined discography highlighted by releases via Bar 25, Deepbeat, Harabe Lab, Outta Limits and The Purr, they remain as some of their countries most promising electronic music talents. Now combining their extensive forces for Movement Limited, the trio debut on the label with a two-track showcase entitled 'Hosanna'.

Title selection 'Hosanna' finds Rivvo and Buga masterfully synthesizing their talents for a deep and charming dancefloor journey. The duo's warm chunky grooves and swinging percussive arrangements provide the backbone for prayer-like choirs and shapeshifting harmonics to work their magic. Uniquely thematic, the main break adds further atmosphere through delicate arps and misty textureal refrains, while the vocal eventually re-emerges during a thumping groove-centric finale.

The companion piece 'The New Era' is provided by Rivvo and Re Dupre who continue with the spiritual lean of the EP.
