We welcome the young up-and-coming Serbian artist, Ivan Pogrebniak, to Bonzai Progressive with his debut slice for us titled 'Ultraviolet'. A relative newcomer on the scene, Ivan has already grabbed attention from top labels including OLD SQL Recordings, Hungry Koala Records and Future Avenue to name a few. With a blend of warm vibes and cosmic grooves, Ivan is a true rising star and we're delighted to have him on board. 'Ultraviolet' is up first and delivers a robust groove filled with chunky beats, shuffling percussions and a thick bassline. Tight beats lay the foundation as that warm, rounded bass controls the low end as detuned synths create a cosmic atmosphere. Airy pads add soft, subtle melodies to fill out the spectrum and make this an intriguing cut. 'Discover' concludes the release, opening with a solid, punchy kick and staccato bass combo. Shuffling hats add movement as a mesmerizing arpeggio fades up to bring a melodic element to the groove. Laced with quality FX and wispy pads, the track evolves beautifully and will no doubt keep the dancefloor rocking.
