" Running Interference " is a collaboration track that was born at Elements Festival when Australian artists Tomchilla and Haptic met for the first time. They knew of and respected each other's creative work and once they began chatting, they knew they must work together on a project. Sadly Tomchilla passed away within weeks of this and he is missed greatly by his family, friends and music peers. After some time Haptic couldn't quite bring himself to complete the track due to the immense emotions attached to the project, so Mark Pridmore (Frisson Records boss and close friend of Tomchilla) stepped in to assist in making sure the track was completed. He also arranged some remixes to make it a complete EP to help keep Tomchilla's music alive. Tom had hoped to release it on Soupherb Records one day so it's awesome that it has happened and we're sure he'd be smiling about this EP. All artists involved knew Tom and are honoured to be a part of this special EP, an all-Aussie release too.. R.I.P Tomchilla and we hope you all enjoy these tracks.
