We are delighted to welcome Bologna based Gai Barone to Forensic in collaboration with FR favourite Micah from Calgary. Although to all receiving this promo they need no introduction we will give you a little insight. Gai has an unrivalled quest for the creation of something memorable and deeply moving has fuelled his sonic journey. As a true craftsman, it is this drive for excellence that makes each one of Gai's studio creations met with much anticipation. Micah has been bestowed with a musical gift which is beyond question. Uniquely masterful in his use of melodies and chord progressions to combine beauty and light with just the right amount of drama. This original – Pleiades - is a prime example of the amazing abilities of these two combined with stunning chords growing from an incredible synth melody layered over a perfect groove... punctuated by blissful vocal phrases. It's no wonder that together and separately they are working with the worlds best labels right now including … All Day I Dream, Selador, Balance, Sudbeat, The Soundgarden, Global Underground and many more. Fresh from a collaboration with these two legends on Balance we see the long awaited return of Echomen whose productions and remixes have featured on many of the best, and most revered independent labels in the world. Balance, Hooj Choons, Global Underground, SAW Recordings, End Recordings, Forensic and Plastica to name a few have featured Echomens distinctive musical offerings. whist being championed by the likes of Sasha, Digweed, Nick Warren , Hernán Cattaneo, Dave Seaman, Danny Howells et al there's no doubt of how highly regarded this moniker is in Progressive House music. The Echomen interpretation of this truly inspired original features the key motifs underpinned with a chordal breakdown which is equally different and uplifting in a way to compliment the first inncarnation.
