The inspiration for this album came from a vague sense of crisis I felt in my daily life. This prompted me to re-examine various aspects of my routine that I found difficult to let go of. It was challenging to discern between what needed to be done and what didn’t, but I realized the importance of recognizing cognitive dissonance in my previously biased thoughts and feelings. As my daily life changed, so too did the music that had become a part of it. I hope this album serves as a valuable tool for people’s introspective moments.
Recently, I often felt the need to move forward to new places and not remain stagnant. This album was created to soothe the hearts of those who have decided to start anew or actively move from where they are.
