Jimi Python & Iida Niini - Dream

This is the first release in our 'Blue Ribbon' series which gives a platform to rising talent from Finland, a country which has been at the forefront of the trance scene for many years. Thanks to Finland's very own Juska Wendland (DJ Orion) who lent us the idea. Ville Aaltonen aka Jimi Python is from Helsinki, Finland's capital city and was introduced to us by none other than Finland's finest – Orkidea as a tip for the future. Ville is well known on the Finnish scene as being possible the most street-credible violin player in Helsinki and from his Folk & Electro projects. Turning his hand to Trance, Jimi Python's 'Infinite' has that highly polished Finnish 'sound', complete with rolling 'italo' bassline, crisp percussion, smooth evolving pads, subtle melodic flourishes and a really driving drop.
