Coastal are Aaron Hetherington and Jonathan Fletcher. Hailing from Leeds in the United Kingdom, the duos journey has taken them from fronting local metal bands to the world of Synthwave and Synthpop - with two full releases in Memories and Heartbeats since coming onto the scene. Lost In Tokyo is about coming to terms with the hardships of life and the struggles of loneliness, lost love and self defeat. Dreamy synths, smooth sax and passionate vocals blend to tell a tale of someone looking back on what could have been and who they had lost in the past. Lost In Tokyo is Coastals latest entry into the Synthwave scene after their second full release in May 2023.
