In Gios own words: This song is an anthem for myself, a representation of how it feels to finally start breaking free from the chains of my past. It takes repetition and practice. Its not all happy and feeling fulfilled, theres a hint of grief of losing what Ive always known - even though it hurts. In this track I wanted to capture all of those emotions and feelings with a melody that walks the line between freedom and self-restraint. Breaking Free takes time, but it is worth it.
