Trauma Control was born at a time when I had fallen into the deepest hole of my life. Still, I decided to face my inner demons – to force myself to open up and let my feelings out, even if it meant walking straight through hell. And honestly, I was already stuck in the middle of it. But this track isnt about my past or the wounds I kept buried for decades. Trauma Control is meant to be a place – a space where you feel understood. A kind of shelter that shows you, even in your darkest times, that youre not alone. A place where its okay to be weak, to cry if you need to, and to just let go. Everyday life often pushes us to keep control, even when weve got nothing left in the tank and were drowning in chaos inside.
