'Flick' is built around the idea that sound doesn't stop at the ears, it travels through us. Low-end energy pulses beneath the surface, turning the body into part of the system, where the beat is heard but the fundamentals are felt, a subtle vibration, like a quiet ripple moving through liquid. As the music evolves, perception begins to shift. Textures sharpen, dissolve, and reform, mimicking the flickering visuals of a psychedelic state, a dance of light and shadow, constantly transitioning between layers of clarity, like reality buffering between dimensions.
