Nishikushi - Cocytus

Phoenix Recordings welcomes NISHIKUSHI from Japan with his label debut COCYTUS, a mystical euphoric Trance uplifter not only for the underworld.

Masafumi Sobajima in real life, made his introduction to the Trance scene in the year 2013 followed by only a handful of releases the following years on labels such as Infrasonic, TAR#138, Trance All-Stars. His, to date, last track "Bring It All Back" was released in Autumn 2020 on the label InToneNation AXiOM and was featured on ASOT 985.

Cocytus (engl: Lamentation) is the river of wailing in the underworld in Greek mythology. Cocytus flows into the river Acheron, on the other side of which lies Hades, the underworld, the mythological abode of the dead.
