silvershore's 'home' EP lands on Enhanced Chill.01. Intro; Guilt 02:17
Tom Hutchinson aka silvershore has come out of the gates swinging under his new alias. Having seen strong success with a more explosive and high-energy sound previously under the name Anki, the British producer set out as silvershore to explore a more tender and delicate side of electronic music. Kicking the new project off with a stellar, emotive remix of Blonde Maze's 'If I Could', silvershore has since brought three exemplary singles to the fore ahead of the 'home' EP. 'moving', 'orbit' and '2am' set the stage for what's to come from silvershore: an elegant blend of acoustic and electronic elements alongside stirring songwriting which come together to create a uniquely rousing and introspective atmosphere. His new EP 'home' sees him establish his style through a cohesive, captivating project that showcases his meticulously-crafted sonics at their best. With the intro and outro tracks, as well as new productions 'shot in the dark' and 'downhill', 'home' is a triumphant project from silvershore, an artist who is just getting started.
A few words from silvershore:
'Home was written in the depths of the pandemic, as a way of coping being locked down in a place that was causing me a lot of emotional distress. I wanted to create a world that felt like a nice place to be, where I could just come to relax and forget about where I was. It became my musical home throughout 2020, and I wanted to release it to the world so that someone out there could find similar refuge in the music, whatever they may be going through. This EP may well have saved my life, and it's surreal to finally see it connect with others!'
