Electronic sculptors Nicola Brusegan and Soundub present a joint house entreprise with an impression of Venetian temperament and warming dance customs.
The musicians cleverly plunge the spectator into distantly growing grooves, gradually drawing the textures of the surrounding space. The mise-en-scene of sounds prudently builds volume from percussive abstraction, the nobility of the bass line and the ephemerality of blurred, floating pads. Confidently seizing the initiative with assertive parties, Phil Prince takes the floor. Inhomogeneous development in some places drags the release into acid cosmogenetics, and then throws out a powerful wave near the bright textures of minimal pointillism.
