Q-IC & Point Blanc make a welcome return to Bonzai Records, following their impressive debut slice – Pistolet, with the equally superb Thundersauce. Q-IC began his journey in electronic music at 15, quickly rising through residencies at clubs like Cherrymoon and performing at major festivals such as Tomorrowland and Reverze. A prominent name in Europes retro scene. Point Blanc started in 1996 as a producer for USA Import Music, initially focused on Hardcore before shifting to jumpstyle, where he found great success. Hes collaborated widely and released on top labels, making his addition to Bonzai an exciting one. The release opens with the Original Mix, a future hardstyle rave anthem in the making that kicks off with pounding beats, crispy hi-hats and gritty basses that drive the energy sky-high. Hypnotic synths rise, building tension until euphoric melodic synths sweep in, lifting the track into a new dimension. On the break, everything strips back to a single pulsing note, creating suspense before a massive, raucous climax with rolling snares, scathing stabs, and an explosive return to the main groove, pure rave mayhem.
