Groovetique & Prove Them Wrong - Sands of Time

The 3-tracker EP is a unique combination of melodic and ethereal flavored techno.
"Sands of Time" is an audio reflection about freedom, which is a necessary condition for evolution. In times of crisis, it becomes an even more fundamental value, as it's through the free exploration of possibilities that we reached the best solution to a problem. It's the contrast between light and shadow that allows us to see. The track explores melodic movements and dark tonalities, in a perfect combination of synth and bass, creating a melodic percussion that dictates the rhythm. In the sequence, we are guided by the fertile imagination, and from innocent dreams, an organic and modular synth highlighted by its complex elements.
In "Shimmer" it's the diversity of sounds that allow us to perceive the harmony and the divine. A world without contrast and polarization is a blind world.
The music tells us a story that begins with an engaging melody guiding our ears through a mysterious atmosphere, in which rhythmic elements are progressively presented until we reach a small break, giving us the feeling that something extraordinary will happen, then when our guiding melody suddenly disappears and darkness takes over our horizon, organic percussions and dark drones sneaky carry us to the climax of our experience: the warm touch of a rolling bass with oscillating cutoff associated with high-speed drums in a way that makes us dizzy!
Following in an accelerated rhythm and defined beat, we advance without losing speed and we arrive at the third track, "VTOPIΛ", marked by its unique timbre and heavy elements that give us the sensation of tension and movement.
"VTOPIΛ" helps us activate a state of consciousness with a continuous and mesmerizing groove, in which an initially dark and shadowy atmosphere slowly transmutes into bright dawn.
We welcome 2021 with this powerful renewal energy, coming from two uprising talented guys.
